Cooking Reflection

This week I chose to join the Cooking workshop option.




On the first day we planned the recipe & learnt about safety in the kitchen and kitchen risks. 


On the second day we cut up the vegetables so that the Soup would be ready to cook the next day. I brought some Celery & Broccoli for the soup. We also learnt about the Food Pyramid. 



On the third day we cooked the soup and ate it. It was really good and healthy because it had mostly all Vegetables in it.

  1. I also liked the soup as well! And you are right it is really healthy and pretty easy too! I learn't quite a lot about the food pyramid and safety in the kitchen and I hope you did too.
