This year I participated in the NPS Cross Country held at school on the Ngatea Domain. I ran in the 9yr old girl's age group and ran against some of the Whenua 9yr old girls.
I am most proud of getting 8th because for the last 2 years I have come 13th and keeping on going when I felt like stopping.
I think my effort towards our training at school was Supernova because I tried really hard and did my best. I did some walking because my legs got sore but mainly jogged the track.
I showed the Learning Power of Resilience by keeping on going when I felt like stopping in my race.
Well done Katelyn - it was a different day to what we were expecting but you should be very proud of your efforts to complete the cross country 2020!
