Today I made ANZAC Biscuits to have some fun while learning. I had to do lots of measurements to get the exact amount of ingredients in. When we put the mixture on the baking tray it spread out a lot and all of the biscuits stuck together. They were a little bit soft since we had finished baking them so Mum thought that it needed a little bit more flour then what it had in it. When Dad came home he ate one for lunch and had another half afterwards! This is my baking 🠟

Yum!!! Make sure dad doesn't eat them all though. We made two lots of Anzac biscuits in our house - Ollie and Stella had a competition to see who could make them the best!
